As a Junior Business Analyst, you aren't just a spectator. You are at the core of product execution. You will act as the vital link between Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Be involved in everything from initial planning and requirement gathering to solution design and final production release.

  • Agile Mastery: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and grooming sessions. You’ll ensure that every requirement is "sprint-ready" before a single line of code is written.

  • Velocity & Quality: Track progress, identify dependencies, and proactively clear "blockers" to keep the team moving fast without sacrificing quality.

  • Global Collaboration: Support testing phases and release governance while maintaining clear communication with enterprise-level stakeholders across the globe.
