⚠️ Important Rules

What you’ll do: You’ll help manage servers and computer systems (Windows, Cloud, Storage). You’ll monitor systems to make sure they don't crash and help new teammates get up to speed.

  • Degree: Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA, etc.).

  • Marks: Minimum 50% in college.

  • Backlogs: No active backlogs allowed.

3. Digital Workplace Services (Support)

What you’ll do: This is a customer-facing tech support role. You’ll talk to clients globally, troubleshoot their computer hardware/software problems, and log "tickets" to track your work.

  • Degree: Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA, etc.).

  • Marks: Minimum 50% in college.

  • Communication: You need to be very good at speaking and writing English.
