🧠 The Technical Challenge

We are looking for a "builder" mindset. You’ll be working with the industry's most powerful frameworks—TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras—to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Your Toolkit will include:

  • Architectures: CNNs, LSTMs, RNNs, DNNs, and Bi-LSTMs.

  • Techniques: Transfer Learning, GANs, and Image Processing.

  • Deployment: Taking models out of the notebook and into the real world.

  • Documentation: Keeping a clear record of your breakthroughs and experiments.

πŸ“ What You’ll Be Doing

Your role is a unique hybrid of R&D, Engineering, and Education:

  • Model Building: Designing and implementing probabilistic matching algorithms and information extraction models.

  • Applied Research: Digging into the latest Machine Learning topics to author high-impact technical articles for our platforms.

  • Hands-on Coding: Crafting clean, efficient code snippets in Jupyter Notebooks.

  • Vision & NLP: Solving complex object detection, image classification, and recognition problems.

  • Automation: Using active learning and automated approaches for data labeling and augmentation.

We are looking for candidates who possess a deep love for quantitative discipline and practical application.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Prior experience with Data Analysis (Internships or personal projects count!).

  • Proficiency in Python and statistical software (R, SAS, or similar).

  • Experience with SQL for database management.

Preferred:

  • B.Tech or Master’s in relevant technical fields.

  • A passion for mentoring others and providing online code assistance.
