What You’ll Be Doing

As a Clinical Education Specialist, your mission is to ensure medical staff—including technologists, physicians, and physicists—can use Siemens equipment safely and at peak performance.

  • Hands-On Training: You’ll lead both onsite and virtual training sessions, walking teams through new system installs, hardware upgrades, and complex software features.

  • Workflow Optimization: You won’t just show them which buttons to press. You’ll consult on clinical workflows, helping departments improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Customized Education: Every hospital is different. You’ll evaluate specific customer needs and build tailored training plans that include tutorials and learning resources.

  • Expert Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the Siemens modality teams to stay ahead of the curve on new imaging trends and clinical applications.

Requirements: What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this high-impact role, you need a mix of technical mastery and "people power."

  • Certification: You must be ARRT Registered in the MR clinical modality.

  • Clinical Expertise: Ideally, you have 5+ years of professional experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with at least 3 years specifically on contemporary Siemens MR systems.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in advanced imaging—like Neuro, Breast, or Cardiac—is a massive plus.

  • Road Warrior Mentality: This role is for those who love to travel. You should be prepared for 90-95% travel (mostly weekdays) and live within an hour of a major airport.

  • The "Teacher" Gene: You should have a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
