Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Data Researcher, your mission is to maintain the "gold standard" of our datasets. Your day-to-day will include:
Data Enrichment: Gathering and maintaining financial data using in-house tools and external databases.
Extraction & Analysis: Pulling key data points from source documents into standardized templates.
Quality Control: Ensuring every piece of data meets our strict integrity and quality guidelines.
Process Improvement: We value fresh eyes! You’ll be encouraged to share ideas to make our workflows more efficient.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for analytical thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field with Finance as a Major or Minor.
Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a high level of computer literacy (MS Office). Experience with Macros is a huge plus!
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Mindset: A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a "persistent" approach to solving problems.
Availability: Candidates must be comfortable working rotational night shifts.
