This isn't just about answering phones. You are the face of the brand for the doctors on our platform. From the moment a doctor joins us, you are their guide, their problem-solver, and their growth partner.
Your core impact will include:

Onboarding & Success: Helping doctors set up their digital profiles and teaching them how to use our platform to manage patients effectively.

Strategic Communication: Engaging with medical professionals via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure they are getting the most value from our services.

Product Advocacy: Demonstrating our features and meeting targets by showcasing how DocIndia solves their practice management headaches.

Problem Solving: Coordinating with internal teams to fix issues and ensuring our doctors stay satisfied and engaged long-term.
Who Are We Looking For?
We need someone with "Sales Acumen"—the ability to be persuasive, professional, and persistent.

Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, healthcare, or relationship management.

The "Hustle" Factor: You should be comfortable handling 100–120 calls a day while maintaining a high level of energy and empathy.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a huge plus!).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel will help you hit the ground running.
