Role Responsibilities: As an IT Support Intern, you will work with the Technology Operations team to provide technical assistance and maintain IT systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting users by resolving support requests, installing and configuring devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices running Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will assist with device deployment, system troubleshooting, and management of applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom. The role also involves supporting infrastructure configuration, monitoring network components, improving IT documentation, and using IT service management tools to track issues. Additionally, you will learn about cybersecurity practices, cloud technologies, and automation while collaborating with system administration and networking teams.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should currently be enrolled in an ICT-related program at the diploma or bachelor’s level. Applicants should have basic knowledge of installing and configuring enterprise desktops such as Windows 10/11 and macOS, along with common software packages like Office 365, antivirus tools, and Adobe applications. Familiarity with mobile device setup on iOS and Android, basic scripting knowledge, and an understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical environment are important for this role.
