As an Operations Intern, you are the bridge between patients and doctors. Your role is split into four key impact areas:

  • Core Operations (60%): Mastering appointment management and patient flow.

  • Collaboration (25%): Working directly with doctors and clinics to boost efficiency.

  • Project Management (10%): Assisting in optimizing our internal processes.

  • Problem Solving (5%): Identifying and fixing operational bottlenecks.

A Closer Look: Appointment Management

You will be the voice of DocIndia.org. Your daily tasks will include managing requests via WhatsApp and calls, coordinating doctor schedules, updating our CRM, and ensuring no patient is left waiting.
