Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Job Description:
Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Rupeek, you will be working closely with the recruitment team assist in hiring. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, conduct initial screening, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys or discussions and track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience and participation.
