The Role: Crafting the Future of Web3 & AI

As a Junior Designer, you won't just be making things "look pretty." You will be solving complex user problems through visual storytelling and data-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Design: Conceptualize and execute user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Transform functional requirements into interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visual mockups.

  • Creative Illustration: Design original icons, digital illustrations, and unique UI elements that define our brand's visual language.

  • Iterative Design: Participate in user research and translate feedback into refined design iterations.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and technical writers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Design Tools: Proficiency or strong familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

  • Visual Fundamentals: A solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and grid systems.

  • Artistic Flair: Good sketching or digital illustration abilities are highly valued.

  • Education: Open to recent graduates or final-year students in Design, Fine Arts, or CS-related fields with a passion for UX.

Professional Attributes:

  • High logical thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and a "coachable" attitude toward feedback.

  • On-Site Commitment: Ability to work full-time from our Noida office (Sector 63).

  • Stipend/Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month (Competitive for Interns/Freshers).

Important Operational Notes

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

  • Hiring Process: We maintain a strictly in-person interview process (including a design assignment) at our Sector 63, Noida office. No remote/Skype interviews will be conducted.
