Executive Overview

We are seeking a high-potential Web Developer Intern to join our engineering team in Noida. This is a 2-month, intensive "In-Person" program designed for developers who have transitioned past the basics and are ready to build production-grade applications using the MERN Stack, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Technical Stack & Core Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Intern, you will be integrated into our sprint cycles, contributing to both frontend and backend architectures.

  • MERN Stack Development: Building and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

  • Modern Frontend Engineering: Leveraging Next.js for Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and optimized performance.

  • Type-Safe Programming: Writing clean, maintainable, and enterprise-ready code using TypeScript.

  • UI/UX Implementation: Developing responsive, user-centric components from design wireframes using modern CSS and HTML5.

  • Full-Cycle Engineering: Debugging complex issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with senior backend developers and designers.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Essentials:

  • MERN Proficiency: Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.

  • Next.js Framework: A solid understanding of the Next.js ecosystem.

  • TypeScript: Ability to implement types and interfaces within a project.

  • Core Fundamentals: Strong mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Problem Solving: The ability to navigate existing codebases and troubleshoot bugs effectively.

Preferred "Good-to-Have" Skills:

  • Version Control experience with Git/GitHub.

  • Familiarity with consuming and building REST APIs.

  • A foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles.

  • A portfolio of personal projects or prior internship experience.

Program Details & Compensation

  • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-Person).

  • Duration: 2-Month Contract.

  • Type: Full-time Internship.

  • Stipend: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month.
